Fasten Your Seatbelts – My Housing Prediction Confirmation Begins Now

(See my blog post written on May 26, 2011, "The Next Housing Bubble Is When?"). Here are a few articles for you to review; they are very important to both home buyers as well as sellers. When you reading some of these articles, be sure to see how some of the writers are spinning a bad situation and trying to make it sound
good. What they are doing is wrong and deceitful. One writer goes so far to say bad housing is good because you can purchase a home much cheaper than a couple years ago. Hmmm, is that really good for the seller, or how about the homeowner who had equity in their property and now they don't have any equity? The things some of the dumb, inexperienced, if you can call them reporters say is simply mind boggling.
